You must notify hugph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. hugph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable anti-money laundering laws in the Philippines, hugph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, before accepting deposits above specified thresholds. You agree to cooperate fully with hugph's KYC verification process and to provide all requested documentation promptly.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your hugph account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted by hugph from time to time in accordance with regulatory requirements or platform policy changes.
hugph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and event-specific promotions tied to Philippine sporting events and national holidays. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to your hugph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the promotion details. hugph reserves the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.
hugph strictly prohibits bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using automated software or bots to meet wagering requirements; placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers.
Where hugph determines, in its sole discretion, that bonus abuse has occurred, it reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, suspend or terminate the player's account, and recover any funds withdrawn as a result of such abuse.
hugph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected players through the hugph platform or via registered email address.

You may close your hugph account at any time by contacting hugph customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements.
Upon termination of your hugph account for any reason, your right to access and use the hugph platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 7, 10, 11, and 13 — shall continue to apply.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, hugph, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the hugph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.
hugph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hugph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your hugph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit hugph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
hugph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) of the Philippines. By registering on hugph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the hugph Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to hugph's internal dispute resolution process. Players must submit a formal complaint to hugph customer support and allow hugph a reasonable period of not less than thirty (30) days to investigate and respond before escalating the matter.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through hugph's internal process, it may be referred to PAGCOR for mediation in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines for any disputes that cannot be resolved through the foregoing processes.
hugph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, hugph will provide reasonable notice to registered players via the hugph platform or by email to the address registered on your account, no less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the hugph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the hugph platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.3.
